Ads bring people to the store. Flows decide what happens next. If the flows aren't there, every visitor who doesn't buy immediately — which is most of them — is gone, and you'll pay to reach them again.
1. Welcome
The first emails after sign-up are the most read you'll ever send. Use them to introduce the brand, not just a discount: who you are, what you make, why it costs what it does.
2. Abandoned browse, cart and checkout
Three different moments of intent. Someone who reached checkout needs a reminder; someone who browsed a product may need sizing help or a reason to trust you.
3. Post-purchase
Confirm, thank, set expectations on delivery, then help them get the most from the piece. This is where the second purchase starts.
4. Win-back
Customers who haven't bought in a while are cheaper to bring back than new ones are to find. A considered win-back sequence, timed to how often your customers usually buy, does the work.
5. VIP
Your best customers should feel it: early access, first look, personal notes. Not just a bigger discount.
Build these once, in your voice, and they sell every day — including the days you're not launching anything.
