Terms of use

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms cover your use of this website and its free tools. By using the site you agree to them. Any project we take on together is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

1. About us

This website is run by Oseidea. You can contact us at info@oseidea.com.

2. Using the website

You may use this website for your own information and to contact us. Please don't:

  • Use it for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful material.
  • Try to interfere with how it works or gain unauthorised access to it.
  • Copy or reuse our content, designs or illustrations without our permission.

3. Free tools

The Brand Systems Scorecard and Revenue Leak Calculator give general estimates based on the answers and figures you enter. They're a starting point for thinking about your business, not professional, financial or legal advice, and not a forecast or guarantee of any result.

4. Content and case studies

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it's provided for general information. Illustrations of systems and screens are labelled as such and show how things work, not real data. Case studies describe work for the brands named, with their permission.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, text and illustrations on this website belong to Oseidea or are used with permission. Third-party names and logos shown, such as the platforms we work with, belong to their owners and are used only to identify those platforms.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, we're not responsible for their content or how they use your data.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content or free tools.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
