Privacy policy

Last updated 26 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Oseidea collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. Oseidea is the data controller. If you have any questions, email info@oseidea.com.

1. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us:

  • Enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), brand name, website or Instagram (optional), the stage your brand is at, and your message.
  • Brand Systems Scorecard: your name, email address, brand name (optional) and your score.
  • Emails you send us, and our replies.

2. Why we use it

Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a marketing list without your consent.

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, arrange a call.
  • To send you your scorecard results.
  • To keep a record of our conversations with you.

3. Who processes it for us

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the website and handle your data on our behalf:

  • Vercel — hosts this website.
  • Supabase — stores enquiries and scorecard results.
  • Resend — sends the emails you receive from us.

4. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and scorecard results for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as needed for the work and our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

6. Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email info@oseidea.com and we'll respond within one month.

8. Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
