Steady

A luxury streetwear brand that runs its drops on an internal OS built by Oseidea.

Steady runs on the same storefront, drop emails and dashboard we offer every brand — so what you see here is the real system at work, not a mock-up.

The problem

Every drop started from scratch,
and ended in a spreadsheet.

Each release meant rebuilding the launch from nothing: a post, a product page and a night of answering DMs. Stock and sales lived in a spreadsheet, and once a drop was over, there was no follow-up for the people who bought or the people who missed out. Steady needed the build-up, the drop and the follow-up to run as one system.

What we built

Storefront. Drop emails.
One dashboard.

  1. 01

    Storefront

A Shopify store built around the drop calendar, so every release has its own stage.

  2. 02

    Drop email sequence

Waitlist, pre-launch build-up, launch day and post-launch follow-up, firing on their own.

  3. 03

    Internal OS

Steady's own CRM and dashboard: drops, stock, customers and email results in one place, replacing the spreadsheets.
